Trade In Your Bike and Save Up to $500 on a New Gazelle E-Bike

For August and September 2026, GO DUTCH is offering a limited-time trade-in program for customers ready to upgrade to a new Gazelle electric bike.

Bring us your eligible bicycle and receive a trade-in credit of up to $500 toward the purchase of a brand-new Gazelle e-bike from GO DUTCH.

Program runs from August 1 through September 30, 2026.

How It Works

  1. Bring your bicycle to GO DUTCH for an in-person assessment.

  2. Our team will inspect its condition and determine its trade-in value.

  3. Receive up to $500 in credit toward an eligible new Gazelle e-bike.

  4. Leave your old bike with us and ride away on your new Gazelle.

Eligible Trade-In Bikes

The following bicycles may qualify:

  • Union Flow bicycles originally purchased from GO DUTCH

  • Cortina bicycles originally purchased from GO DUTCH

  • Dutch bakfiets and cargo bikes

  • Gazelle Cabby cargo bikes

  • Other quality Dutch city bikes, cargo bikes and electric bikes considered on a case-by-case basis

All bicycles must be complete and in reasonably serviceable condition. Final eligibility and trade-in value are determined by GO DUTCH following an in-person inspection.

How Much Is My Bike Worth?

Trade-in values are based on factors including:

  • Overall condition

  • Age and model

  • Mechanical condition

  • Battery and electrical condition, where applicable

  • Completeness of the bicycle

  • Expected refurbishment and resale costs

The maximum available trade-in credit is $500. Not every bicycle will qualify for the full amount.

Important Program Conditions

  • The program is valid from August 1 through September 30, 2026.

  • Trade-in credit is only valid toward the purchase of a brand-new Gazelle electric bike from GO DUTCH.

  • A maximum of one trade-in credit may be applied per customer or household.

  • Only one trade-in credit may be applied to each Gazelle e-bike purchase.

  • Trade-in credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or refunds.

  • The bicycle must be owned by the person trading it in.

  • Proof of ownership may be requested.

  • Stolen bicycles, incomplete bicycles or bicycles with removed serial numbers will not be accepted.

  • Trade-in credit must be applied at the time of the new Gazelle purchase.

  • Trade-in credit cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • Trade-in values and eligibility are determined solely by GO DUTCH.

  • GO DUTCH reserves the right to decline any bicycle or modify or end the program where permitted.
