SERVICE

Whether your bike is Dutch or not, we're here to provide the care it needs. Our expertise lies in servicing Dutch bikes and all internally geared models like Sturmey Archer and Shimano Nexus hubs. Please note, we don't stock replacement parts for derailleur bikes but can order them for you.

When you bring in your bike for service, we'll offer a quote based on the requested repairs. Keep in mind that our service fees do not cover replacement parts. If we find any parts needing replacement, we'll contact you for approval and provide an updated cost before proceeding.

Our goal is to have your bike fixed promptly. During busier months, it may take up to 5+ business days, while in quieter months (winter), expect a turnaround between 1-3 business days.

To ensure you're not without transportation, we offer a free courtesy bike during the repair period (qualifying repairs of $75 or more). Simply request it, and subject to availability, it's yours to use.

Tune Up Services

The Comprehensive ‘’Jaarlijkse’’ Tune Up (Also known as your annual tune up) : $135

The Hourly Shop Charges are $85, Troubleshooting/crash inspection - $50

E-Bike Diagnostics Per Hour - $100.00, we service Bosch and Shimano Steps Motors.
